What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Update and maintain HRIS systems, including BambooHR and ADP
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Respond to general HR-related inquiries and provide assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or ADP
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance regulations
- Knowledge of employee wellness and inclusion initiatives
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
