      Concern Housing is seek a Per Diem Affordable Housing Compliance Assistant to be responsible for performing tasks associated primarily with marketing activities and the LIHTC lottery process.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Assists with the initial lease up of new properties, including outreaching applicants to request documents, performing a careful review of all received documents, as well meeting with prospective tenants.
      • Reviews files, prepares them for further review by the Director of Affordable Housing Compliance, and meets with applicants, if needed, to obtain any additional documentation needed.
      • Provides assistance to the Affordable Housing Compliance team in managing lottery activities, as needed.
      • Possesses knowledge of the Federal Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Annual training in these areas is required.
      • Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
      • Additional tasks as required.

      Hourly Rate- $25 - $30
