  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual reporting used across business functions
  - Partner with operational and business leaders to understand information needs and deliver concise, actionable recommendations
  - Analyze data to uncover trends related to fulfillment, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  - Improve decision-making by enhancing how information is structured, visualized, and delivered to stakeholders

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  - 2+ years in an analytics-focused role such as Business Analyst or Data Analyst
  - Proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, etc.)
  - SQL experience for data querying and transformation
  - Strong data storytelling skills and understanding of performance metrics
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain industry
  - Hands-on application of ML/AI in business intelligence (e.g., predictive dashboards, anomaly detection, demand forecasting)
  - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake)
  - Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
  - Curiosity and passion for how AI can transform BI and decision-making
