      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the integrity of Revenue Cycle Management analytics and standardized reporting
      - Provide first-line support to Revenue Cycle Operations for analysis, reporting, and metric development
      - Develop core visuals for key performance indicators and operational trends
      - Coordinate new dashboard and reporting requests with the IT analytics team
      - Evaluate interactions with EHR systems to identify trends and provide insights for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area OR equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 6 years
      - 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management, or coding
      - 3 years of experience working with Revenue Cycle data
      - 2 years of experience in data analysis with EPIC-specific analysis tools
      - Proven proficiency and/or certification in EPIC Resolute, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area
      - 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visuals
      - Demonstrated logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
      - Experience leading workgroups and presenting to leaders
      - Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Power BI
