      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage employee performance management strategies and provide technical assistance to managers
      - Analyze business partner needs and consult with supervisors regarding employee performance issues
      - Administer the Cornerstone Performance Module and coordinate the Performance Management program
      - Coach staff and create development plans to enhance employee performance
      - Manage system reporting including building and running reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in an HR or learning and development role using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS)
      - Proven ability to coach and develop supervisors/managers on HR-related topics
      - Experience in developing reports and analyzing workforce data
      - Strong presentation skills for communicating information and recommendations to various stakeholders
      - Must be able to work within the state of Wisconsin

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a system administrator making configuration decisions in an HRIS or LMS
      - Familiarity with coaching supervisors on performance management processes
      - Experience leading organizational initiatives utilizing project management and/or change management methodologies
