What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own, organize, and streamline the creative production pipeline for rapid testing and scale
- Manage the creative tracker and testing backlog to ensure timely ad launches
- Review and QA ad creative for accuracy and brand alignment before launch
- Conduct competitor analyses and trend research to inspire new creative concepts
- Analyze creative performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-focused marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok; YouTube and Google Ads experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.)
- Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel)
- Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills

- Experience managing creative production cycles either in-house or at an agency
- Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management
