Hands-on ownership of all B2C Performance Marketing activity across app and web globally (creative, strategy, planning, execution, reporting, optimisation)
Execute towards growth KPIs and play a pivotal role in scaling the business
Working with your manager, align the strategy and determine how best to scale new customer acquisition and optimise our CPAs towards efficiencies
Work with product, growth, engineering, and community teams to suggest new experiments and optimisations to improve acquisition funnels and activation
Partner with the in-house creative team to craft high performing and consistent creatives, while providing them with a key creative insights from previous tests
Maintain structured and scalable reporting, as well as follow up action points
Ambitiously launch, test and analyse new acquisition channels and tactics, reporting back to key stakeholders of successes and learnings (good or bad!)
Drive B2B sales demand generation by leveraging insights from the sales team to identify key audience segments.
Develop and execute multiple campaigns across various B2B platforms to attract high-quality leads aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Provide comprehensive support to the B2B marketing team throughout the campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Additional projects and responsibilities - including but not limited to: staying informed of platform updates and changes, researching new advertising opportunities and working on additional business projects;
It is essential that you have solid, hands-on experience in paid advertising across Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google and LinkedIn
You have demonstrated highly creative or even unorthodox ways of scaling campaigns and communicating the brand across various platforms
You are extremely data-driven and have high attention to detail. Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude proficiency is required.
You are an expert with MMPs like Appsflyer and SKAN Conversion Studio
You are obsessed with driving growth performance and ROI.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to plan and execute.
Previous high growth startup - subscriptions, D2C or B2C FinTech experience is a huge plus!
It is desirable that you have experience with other channels like Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, Display, Search, CRO.

Finimize are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager/Lead maternity cover to join our team and support B2C and B2B growth across the business.
You will join an established but extremely valuable Performance team whose goal is to support growth with testing & scaling current platforms, while introducing new & existing advertising spaces.
