What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze digital campaign data using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication and operations with vendors supporting the digital marketing program
- Develop customer education materials to enhance digital marketing literacy among independent pharmacies
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new advertising opportunities
- Create reports and dashboards to measure and communicate campaign performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in a multi-location environment
- Strong communication skills to drive strategy across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage PPC advertising campaigns and troubleshoot vendor management platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with marketing technologies related to video, web, and mobile applications
- Dynamic leadership skills with a focus on technology and digital experience
