      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete all DCFS subsidy paperwork within suggested timeframes
      - Review all subsidy paperwork for accuracy
      - Complete all Caritas Family Solutions paperwork and meet program expectations
      - Regularly communicate with assigned case manager and foster care case manager supervisor
      - Provide accurate information to adoptive parents regarding the status of adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in social work or related Human Services discipline
      - Two years of experience in providing foster care services or other relevant social work services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in providing foster care services or other relevant social work services
