- Knowledge of Patient administration system or equivalent
- Medical terminology
- Use of electronic systems, diaries, patient records, training.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- RSA III/OCR Typing/Word Processing or equivalent qualification/experience

- Advanced secretarial qualifications
- ECDl/CLAIT/iTQ
- Ability to work in a confidential environment, to safeguard personal and commercial information relating to patients, staff and services

We are seeking a highly motivated, committed and experienced Personal Assistant to provide a comprehensive service to the Senior Leadership Team in Women's Services. The jobholder will be one of two Personal Assistants (PA's) responsible for the effective provision of a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the team, which includes the General Manager, Director of Midwifery, Head of Midwifery and the Women's Services Clinical Director. You will carry out all secretarial duties as required; organise your own workload and work on your initiative.
