- Household Management:
- Oversee household maintenance and coordinate with service providers.
- Maintain household inventory and manage supplies.
- Manage home cleaning schedules and supervise housekeepers or cleaning services.
- Handle minor home repairs or coordinate with contractors for larger projects.
- Personal Errands:
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other routine tasks.
- Assist with personal shopping and gift purchases.
- Manage deliveries and returns.
- Meal Planning and Preparation:
- Assist with basic meal planning.
- Grocery shopping and inventory management for kitchen supplies.
- Occasional basic preparation as needed.
- Child and Pet Care Support:
- Assist with childcare, including school pick-ups/drop-offs and extracurricular activities.
- Provide pet care to two small dogs and backyard chickens, including feeding, walking, and veterinary appointments.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendar and schedule personal appointments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and organize personal documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information for various household projects.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organizing household events and small gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for special occasions.
- Organization of Household Spaces:
- Organize and maintain household spaces, including cupboards, closets, and storage areas.
- Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems for household items.
- Declutter and optimize living spaces for functionality and aesthetics.
- Occasional Clean Up:
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed, such as tidying up living spaces, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, and organizing areas.
- Ensure common areas are neat and presentable.
- Flexible Task Management:
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with ease.
- Be available for occasional after-hours and weekend tasks.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support at home. This role requires a flexible individual who can handle a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our household which includes two working professional with heavy travel schedules.
