      The Position:

      As a Personal Assistant to a CVP, you will support with communication, administrative, financial, and practical tasks. 2 of the areas are newly established, and you will play a key role in building the culture and determining our ways of working. Additionally, you will chair a team of assistants and participate in the CVP assistant group within Global Trial Portfolio.

      Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

      • Preparing budgets incl. FTE overviews, monthly follow-ups, and quarterly adjustments
      • Preparing and reviewing documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence
      • Acting as a business sparring partner in ensuring effective business processes and execution of management meetings, including documentation of meetings
      • Managing the CVP's calendar, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
      • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
      • Acting as a liaison between the CVP and stakeholders as needed
      • Maintaining and updating websites, e-mail lists, and organizational charts
      • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks

      You will report directly to the CVP and be part of the Leadership team.

      Qualifications:

      To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

      • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably working with senior leaders.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferably also in SAP.
      • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

      - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

      About the Department:

      The 3 CVP areas are part of the newly established Global Trial Portfolio business unit within Development. Based in Søborg with global outreach each area consists of approximately 200-250 people organized in VP functions. We take great pride in driving the clinical development of new medicines and devices for people living with serious chronic diseases.
