      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open and set up new client files for pre-litigation personal injury cases
      - Report claims to insurance companies and notify statutory lien holders
      - Draft representation letters and request police reports
      - Order medical records and bills while coordinating with medical providers
      - Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and insurance adjusters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education
      - Proficient in standard productivity software
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or administration
      - High school diploma or equivalent
