      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries regarding existing policies, coverage changes, and billing matters
      - Proactively seek referrals from current customers to generate new business
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
      - Document compliance and operational details in agency management systems
      - Attend internal and client meetings as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
      - Property & Casualty Producer Insurance License in good standing
      - Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products, including home and auto
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Experience managing policy renewals, service needs, and customer escalations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with handling policy endorsement requests and billing inquiries
      - Experience in a high-volume insurance center
      - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
