What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and timely service
- Identify opportunities to offer additional personal lines coverages and close sales with existing clients
- Lead the remarketing and renewal process to ensure clients receive competitive and appropriate coverage
- Monitor and manage the internal Personal Lines sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and processing
- Process endorsements, updates, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or insurance sales, specifically in Personal Lines
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
- Familiarity with Florida's personal insurance market and core coverages (e.g., home, auto, umbrella)
- Strong relationship-building and client communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Skilled in CRM platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable discussing coverage options and closing additional policies with existing clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to resolve client concerns effectively
- Adheres to confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
