      Job summary

      The PET-CT Services Manager will lead the operational delivery, development, and performance of static, relocatable, and mobile PET-CT services across the UK. This senior role combines clinical expertise, operational leadership, and commercial awareness to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services. You will work closely with PET-CT Operational Managers, clinical teams, NHS stakeholders, and internal business partners to drive service improvement, maintain regulatory compliance, and support business growth. This is a home-based role requiring national travel.

      Main duties of the job

      Lead and manage PET-CT services across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of clinical care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Oversee budgets, KPIs, and contractual obligations, driving both performance and profitability. Provide clinical leadership, ensuring compliance with CQC, IR(ME)R, IRR, ARSAC, and other regulatory standards. Develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams, supporting recruitment, induction, training, and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, private providers, and internal stakeholders. Lead service development initiatives, clinical governance, audit activities, and patient experience improvement programs. Support business development opportunities and strategic planning for PET-CT services.

      Were looking for a PET-CT Services Manager to lead the delivery, development and performance of our static, relocatable and mobile PET-CT services across the UK.       • Providing visible, credible leadership across all PET-CT services, ensuring consistently high clinical and operational standards

      • Owning performance against KPIs, budgets and contractual requirements, with a strong focus on service quality and patient experience

      • Leading clinical governance, regulatory compliance and audit activity across the division

      • Developing and motivating high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites

      • Building strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, private providers and internal stakeholders
