What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of complex customer retention interactions, focusing on save opportunities and escalated cases
- Serve as a subject matter expert in retention strategies and value-based selling
- Diagnose customer motivations and competitive dynamics to drive renewal decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the customer voice and influence retention initiatives
- Identify emerging customer trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years in a call center environment with at least three (3) years in a dedicated retention, renewal, or sales leadership-support role
- A General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience in handling escalations
- Commitment to maintaining accurate and complete documentation

- Experience specifically in retention or sales roles within a call center
- Proven track record of top-tier performance in customer service settings
- Familiarity with advanced negotiation techniques and value-based selling
