      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in the assigned geographical area
      - Manage compliance with rules and regulations governing UST compliance and project permitting
      - Budget and communicate all project activities to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within budget
      - Lead cross-departmental project teams through all phases of the project life cycle
      - Train, coach, and mentor associates on project management best practices and petroleum equipment education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Preferred: BS in Engineering or related sciences relevant to petroleum equipment and project management
      - Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and capable of reading engineering drawings
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and installation related to petroleum equipment
      - Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting for petroleum equipment projects
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
