      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in the assigned geographical area
      - Manage compliance with regulations governing UST compliance and permitting for petroleum equipment projects
      - Budget, manage, and communicate all projects to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion within budget
      - Actively manage project performance and mitigate issues to expedite project completion
      - Train, coach, and mentor associates, fostering competency in project management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Minimum educational requirement: 4-year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management
      - Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and reading engineering drawings from AutoCAD
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting for petroleum equipment projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preferred BS in Engineering or related sciences connected to petroleum equipment and project management
      - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and installation of petroleum equipment
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
