      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects within assigned geographical areas
      - Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
      - Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
      - Lead cross-departmental project teams through the entire project lifecycle
      - Train, coach, and mentor associates on petroleum equipment project management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Minimum educational requirement: 4-year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management
      - Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS in Engineering or related sciences
      - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design related to petroleum equipment
      - Experience reading engineer drawings generated by AutoCAD or similar drafting programs
      - Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
