      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop plans and define scopes for all petroleum equipment projects in the assigned geographical area
      - Ensure compliance with regulations governing UST compliance and petroleum equipment project permitting
      - Budget, manage, and communicate all projects to stakeholders
      - Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
      - Facilitate decision-making with project team members and stakeholders regarding project performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Preferred BS in Engineering or related sciences in Petroleum Equipment and Project Management
      - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
      - Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
      - 4-year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of petroleum equipment related to mechanical and electrical design and installation
      - Experience reading engineering drawings generated by AutoCAD or other drafting programs
      - Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor associates
