What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in the assigned geographical area
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing UST compliance and project permitting
- Budget, manage, and communicate all project details to stakeholders
- Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
- Train, coach, and mentor associates in project management and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
- Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred BS in Engineering or related sciences associated with petroleum equipment and project management
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and installation of petroleum equipment
- Experience reading engineering drawings generated by AutoCAD or other drafting programs
- Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
