      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in assigned areas

      - Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant completions
      - Train and mentor associates on project management and petroleum equipment best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences preferred
      - Proficiency in project management software and reading engineering drawings
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design related to petroleum equipment
      - Familiarity with financial budgeting and construction math
      - Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
