What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in assigned areas
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing UST compliance and project permitting
- Budget and manage projects while communicating progress to stakeholders
- Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion
- Train and mentor associates in project management and petroleum equipment best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
- Minimum educational requirement: 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields
- Proficient in project management software and reading engineer drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Engineering or related sciences preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design related to petroleum equipment
- Experience with project management curriculum development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
