      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop project plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in the assigned geographical area
      - Ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing UST compliance and project permitting
      - Manage project budgets and communicate updates to stakeholders
      - Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
      - Train, coach, and mentor associates in project management best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences
      - Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design related to petroleum equipment
      - Experience reading engineering drawings generated by AutoCAD or similar programs
      - Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
