What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop plans and define scopes for petroleum equipment projects in assigned geographical areas
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing UST compliance and petroleum equipment project permitting
- Budget, manage, and communicate project details to stakeholders
- Track project performance to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
- Train, coach, and mentor associates on project management best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of petroleum equipment
- Minimum educational requirement: 4-year degree or comparable knowledge in sciences applicable to petroleum equipment or construction project management
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced math skills related to load calculations and financial budgeting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Engineering or related sciences associated with petroleum equipment and project management
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and installation related to petroleum equipment
- Experience reading engineering drawings generated by AutoCAD or other drafting programs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
