      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions with professionalism
      - Provide financial counseling, particularly for uninsured and under-insured patients
      - Analyze billing processes to determine patient responsibility amounts
      - Utilize multiple electronic billing systems for effective issue resolution
      - Perform computerized data entry and other contact center functions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
      - Strong knowledge of medical billing and financial assistance processes
      - Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally
      - Ability to perform sedentary work involving extensive use of desktop computers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
      - Familiarity with debt collection techniques
      - Proven ability to analyze and resolve billing issues
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Experience working in a call center environment
