      This position reports to Senior PGA Tour Manager, Mark Gerent.

      As the PGA Tour Rep, you will have an opportunity to:

      • Manage and attend approximately 36 events per year (Sunday-Wednesday), overseeing all aspects of setup, operation, and teardown.
      • Leverage PGA Tour presence to drive brand awareness, product engagement, and direct sales opportunities with players, coaches, and affiliated partners.
      • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with PGA Tour players, caddies, coaches, and tour representatives.
      • Utilize advanced knowledge of golf club fitting and performance technologies to deliver exceptional product experiences and feedback collection.
      • Ensure all tour-related logistics-including travel, product shipments, and on-site activations-are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
      • Provide detailed reports on product performance, player feedback, and market trends; identify opportunities to improve field execution and influence product development.
      • Work closely with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to align strategies and communicate field insights.
      • Provide Elite-level Technical support and service to Tour Player clients ensuring all devices are maintained properly and updated with the latest firmware and software releases.


      You have:
      • Proven track record in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the golf industry.
      • Expertise working with professional athletes, agents, and coaches, and understand the nuances of working in the channels.
      • Capability to deliver world-class premiere level service and support to all customers
      • Availability to travel extensively (36+ events/year, primarily Sunday-Wednesday).
      • Strong time management and attention to detail.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with high-profile athletes and industry professionals.
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      • Passion for golf and in-depth understanding of the professional tour landscape.
      • Ability to delivery prompt and accurate expense reporting and capable management of all travel and work related expenses.


      You may have:
      • PGA LIV/ LPGA/ Champions Tour relationships and prior experience strongly preferred.
      • Hands-on experience with club fitting and golf performance technologies (TrackMan, GCQuad, etc.) is highly desirable
