      Position Specific Description

      This position will be for I&C and will be based at Martin Plant.

      Employees in this role lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to deliver certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve site goals and objectives in safety, environmental compliance, equipment protection, reliability, and budget targets. This position will serve as the sites’ work management leader and outage coordination leader working directly with the Central Maintenance organization to deliver successful results in the areas of budgeting, planning, and safely executing site overhauls.

      Employees in this role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
