Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare provider (HCP) customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools
- Provide expertise on products and approved conditions they treat
- Offer personalized education on disease state, thought leadership, and real-world evidence
- Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and established guidance on patient care
- Connect providers in real-time to on-demand Clinical and Scientific Specialists (CSSs)
Customer Engagement:
- Personally engage customers through virtual or digital tools
- Direct customers to colleagues on demand
- Close the loop on customer requests and ask for feedback on quality of engagement
Thought Leadership:
- Facilitate speaker programs
- Organize local provider groups for discussions on experiences and outcomes with local/regional leaders
Business Planning:
- Elevate opportunities and feedback to ecosystem lead
- Use local market insights to inform setting of local strategy and business goals
- Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans based on insights
Qualifications:
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or related industry
- Experience working in a sales role with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products
- Clinical nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) experience highly valued
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers
- Proven track record for meeting or exceeding financial and qualitative goals
- Self-starter with ability to seek out relevant information and solve complex problems
- Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
- Knowledge of addressing operational issues in healthcare product delivery
Salary:
Minimum $99,100.00 - Maximum $141,680.00, plus annual incentive
