      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build disease awareness and collaborate with partners on patient access and reimbursement processes
      - Manage the sales budget and develop impactful territory plans to drive growth
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders
      - Plan and track account metrics, clearly communicating progress on sales targets
      - Prospect for new accounts and identify growth opportunities within the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +10 years; Associate +6 years; Master’s)
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven pharmaceutical experience
      - Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
      - Territory coverage required: Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR
      - Driving license – category B

      - Experience in sales account management in the health care industry, particularly in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical devices
      - High-energy, self-starter with strong collaboration skills
      - Result-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and challenge the status quo

      - Strong business acumen and organizational skills
