      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, and contraindications
      - Prepare and label oral and injectable medications, ensuring compliance with safety standards
      - Perform sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous medications
      - Supervise and train pharmacy personnel, including hiring and evaluating direct reports
      - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address medication-related inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college and 5 years of pharmacist experience in a retail or hospital setting
      - Current license as a registered pharmacist in the state of Arkansas, or eligibility for licensure
      - Demonstrated experience in project development, service implementation, or policy development
      - Strong knowledge of medication safety and regulatory standards
      - Ability to maintain professionalism and excellent communication in a collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
      - Advanced degrees such as MBA, MPH, MHA, or PhD in healthcare
      - 7 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting
      - Board certification or comparable accreditation in a relevant area
      - Experience in sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling
