What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the liaison between pharmacy, clinical specialties, and the Revenue Service Center to support medication billing compliance and financial performance
- Act as a subject matter expert for medication-related billing requirements and payer coverage criteria
- Develop and maintain processes related to medication charging to optimize revenue integrity
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams to ensure consistent charge capture
- Support system initiatives focused on medication price transparency and affordable care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with Active License in the US
- Hospital or professional pharmacy operational experience
- Epic Hospital or professional billing software experience
- Experience working closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Residency training or related years of experience in the clinical area

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (HFMA), Certification in Healthcare Revenue Integrity (CHRI), and/or Certified Medical Coder
- Vitalware and MS Office proficiency preferred
- Epic Willow Certification
