What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with wholesalers to optimize accumulator credits for 340B sites and monitor policy changes
- Assist in the peer auditing process to ensure compliance with the 340B program
- Analyze pharmacy orders to identify areas for improvement and potential errors
- Prepare monthly reports on savings related to the 340B program for pharmacy operations
- Maintain the drug database used with auto-split software to ensure compliance with 340B billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Access, and Word
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Initiative to work productively with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with billing and/or pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with the 340B program
