What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business data to identify patterns and trends related to fraud, waste, abuse, and errors
- Amend audit reports and determine overpayments associated with fraud, waste, and abuse
- Collaborate with claims administration, management, and legal teams on audit-related matters
- Present ideas and best practices to management for business and operational improvements
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and report any issues identified
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- 1+ years of experience in Pharmacy Audit
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience with RxClaims or other pharmacy claims systems
- Retail Pharmacy experience
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience
- Specialty Pharmacy experience
