What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct pre-audit work, including travel planning and materials gathering
- Perform onsite and desktop pharmacy network audits
- Assess pharmacy site's compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review documentation and facilitate answers to questions from providers
- Report findings and assess quality and accuracy of audits conducted
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy audit, PBM, or healthcare investigations
- 2+ years of experience processing pharmacy or medical claims
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of health insurance laws and regulations
- Proficiency in RxClaim or other pharmacy claims processing systems
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Strong problem-solving skills
