What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete pre-audit work, including travel planning and desk audit activities
- Perform onsite and desktop pharmacy network audits to identify discrepancies in pharmacy claims
- Assess pharmacy site compliance with regulatory requirements and record completeness
- Gather and review documentation related to pharmacy operations
- Facilitate communication and provide answers to pharmacy network providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License for the state of residence
- Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Audit, PBM, healthcare investigations, or health insurance
- 2+ years of experience processing pharmacy or medical claims
- 1+ years of experience leading in-person and virtual audits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate knowledge of Local, State & Federal laws regarding health insurance
- Proficiency in RxClaim or other pharmacy claims processing systems
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
