What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate locations
- Resolve patient service questions and issues to ensure complete patient satisfaction
- Understand and work efficiently in systems leveraged by the Patient Care Center
- Participate in training and development efforts within the pharmacies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Completion of mandatory and regulatory training programs
- 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Understanding of pharmacy technology and workflow processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a pharmacy setting or healthcare customer service
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
- Strong attention to quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ability to work under direct supervision following standard procedures
- Willingness to participate in additional pharmacy service-related projects as needed
