      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and resolve rejected pharmacy claims to ensure maximum payer reimbursement
      - Research and analyze rejected claims, collaborating with Medicare D plans and insurance companies
      - Perform claims edits and reversals to secure timely billing and reimbursement
      - Monitor and resolve revenue risks associated with billing processes
      - Prepare and maintain reports for processing claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Customer service experience required
      - Ability to retain and apply a large amount of information in a fast-paced environment
      - Basic math aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Pharmacy technician experience is a plus but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Up to one year of related experience in pharmacy or claims processing
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
      - Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulatory considerations
      - Pharmacy technician certification is desirable
