      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate effectively with physician and pharmacy network providers to address their needs and inquiries
      - Evaluate and direct daily workflow within the department regarding drug benefit design inquiries
      - Review prior authorization criteria for drug products and prioritize requests
      - Document all authorizations and denials accurately in accordance with state and federal regulations
      - Participate in onsite member appeals and grievance sessions as a pharmacy representative

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Experience in pharmacy prescription claims processing/submission/payment
      - Familiarity with multiple Medicaid and Medicare drug benefit design offerings and regulations
      - Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and OnBase
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree
      - Pharmacy technician certification
      - Experience in managed care medication formulary management
      - Working knowledge of retail pharmacy and third-party prescription processing
      - Strong background and understanding of medications and formulary terminology
