      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
      - Schedule medication deliveries and guide customers on prescription benefits and claims
      - Practice active listening and document required information in applicable systems
      - Identify issues and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians
      - Occasionally make outbound calls to internal and external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Customer service experience in a call center environment
      - Ability to navigate multiple systems while handling calls
      - Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) shifts during business hours of 10:30 AM - 10:00 PM CST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, customer service, etc.)
      - Pharmacy background
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to adapt to changing environments
