What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and healthcare providers, identifying the type of assistance needed
- Actively listen and document required information in computer systems
- Contact healthcare providers on behalf of customers to assist with medication delivery and authorizations
- Assist customers in navigating company websites and encourage self-sufficiency in using available tools
- Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Previous experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
- Strong navigation skills in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with prescription benefits and healthcare terminology
- Proficiency in conflict management skills to resolve issues in a stressful situation
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy during customer interactions
