What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct efficient and effective pharmacy audits to meet departmental goals
- Analyze evidentiary data to assess the accuracy of claims audited
- Develop audit plans based on identified risks using available tools
- Produce reports for management, clients, and stakeholders
- Mentor and train less experienced team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Ability to travel up to 50% with a valid Driver's license
