      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers while promoting patient-centricity
      - Manage all patient and provider concerns to expedite therapy initiation and onboarding processes
      - Organize escalations related to intake, benefits verification, prior authorization, and specialty pharmacy follow-ups
      - Support the Pharmacy Helpdesk to ensure timely responses to inquiries, exceeding service level expectations
      - Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvement opportunities for patient and provider satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual, fluent Spanish communicator required
      - Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy experience is required
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication
      - Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years of oncology pharmacy experience preferred
      - Proven ability to analyze and critically think through problems
      - Comfortable negotiating solutions with medical professionals
      - Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
