What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage one or more client service engagement work streams, ensuring quality and delivery requirements are met
- Act as a subject matter expert in 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Cycle, and purchasing support optimization solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide business operations insights and advocate for consulting solutions
- Develop performance reporting in partnership with the Analytics team to capture relevant data
- Identify service add-on opportunities within existing clients and document engagement issues and risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pharmacist degree is highly preferred; advanced degrees such as PharmD, MBA, or MHA are also preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a hospital or health system, with at least 3 years in a managerial or project management role
- Relevant experience in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably in the healthcare field
- Demonstrated knowledge of problem-solving and performance improvement methods
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work from a home office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management
- Experience in pharmacy consulting roles
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Previous experience contributing to publications or speaking engagements in the healthcare field
- Background in developing and implementing technology solutions in healthcare settings
