      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the successful planning and execution of pharmacy build-outs and new client implementations
      - Manage the implementation and integration of core pharmacy technology systems
      - Oversee the submission of essential pharmacy credentialing and licensing applications
      - Design and document operational workflows and training materials to ensure compliance
      - Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a specialty pharmacy organization or accreditation body
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician (or Certified Pharmacy Technician)
