      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify member demographic information and provider/pharmacy contact information in the MTM platform
      - Contact members to introduce and explain the benefits of the MTM program and schedule appointments
      - Receive and respond to calls from provider offices, members, and pharmacies, determining appropriate actions
      - Coordinate outbound faxing and follow-up calls with healthcare providers
      - Assess and interpret member needs, triaging to clinical pharmacists or other departments as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
      - Active pharmacy technician license in the state of North Carolina (PTCB: Pharmacy Technician Certification Board - Nationally Accredited Certification Exam), preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medication therapy management (MTM) programs
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with Medicare Star initiatives and quality improvement processes
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
