What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals regarding Opus Health programs
- Provide initial support for customer requests through various communication channels
- Assess user issues and offer first-level support for resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate areas promptly
- Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
- Familiarity with payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
