What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing the Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
- Quickly assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
- Additional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical support roles
