What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other communication channels
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate department
- Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision with flexible shift options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
